WP3: Development of a good practice guide for sampling power and PQ measurements using the modular measurement setup

Partners involved: LNE (WP Leader), BIM, CEM, CMI, FER, INRIM, JV, Metrosert, SIQ, RISE (SP) and TUBITAK.

The aim of this work package is to develop and provide a practical user’s guide for sampling power and PQ measurements using the modular measurement setup and software developed in WP1 and WP2.

The good practice guide will encompass both the hardware and software of the modular measurement setup with respect to the different connection schemes and digitizers’ configuration inherent to each approach, the traceable calibration of all the components used in the modular measurement setup and automated control and data processing. These descriptions will be clearly and concisely written in order to enable easy uptake of the modular setup and open software tool by end users such as calibration laboratories, NMIs, providers of PQ meters and universities.

This WP will be focused on a number of topics reported in the following tasks:

  1. Task 3.1: Description of the modular measurement setup. Partners involved: LNE, CMI and INRIM.
  2. Task 3.2: Guidance on the calibration methods for the modular measurement setup components. Partners involved: RISE (SP), BIM, CMI, INRIM, JV, TUBITAK, SIQ, CEM, FER and Metrosert.
  3. Task 3.3: Development of the user’s guide for the open software. Partners involved: CMI, INRIM, Metrosert and TUBITAK.
  4. Task 3.4: Completion of the good practice guide. Partners involved: LNE, BIM, CEM, CMI, FER, INRIM, JV, Metrosert, SIQ, RISE (SP) and TUBITAK.
